Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX.

Deposits are applied to your balance at check-in.

No pets are allowed at the Casa Blanca Resort.

All properties are equipped with bed and bath linens. We also supply the initial supply of toilet paper, bar soap and garbage bags. For longer stays, you’ll want to plan to bring additional toiletries. Basic kitchen equipment including dishes, glasses utensils and pots and pans are also included.

Partial refunds will be made only to the extent the reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. A $50 cancellation fee will be processed.

A $300 payment is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due at check-in. Multiple partial payments are subject to a 5% service fee.

Yes, the property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All beds will be made with fresh linens and all towels will be freshly laundered.

All guests will receive their keys at the front desk located in the Casa Blanca Resort front office.

Yes. The leaseholder must be 25 years old. Children and teenagers are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
